  • Learn About the Sport of Fly Fishing
  • Learn About Rivers in Michigan to Fly Fish
  • Understand Principals of Fly Casting
  • Learn about the Art of Fly Tying
  • Opportunity to learn how to tie specific fly patterns

Adults: $10.00 single day, $15 two days

Kids 16 years and younger: free

28,680 sq ft. (120 x 239 ft with 50 X 105 ft Basketball Court covered

Layout: Space for 96 – 10’ x 10’ back draped booths: Fly Tiers, Fly Shops/Vendors,

Guides, Clubs distributed throughout booth locations.

Demonstration Fly Tiers: 14+ booths, No Fee

1 – 30” x 8ft covered table, 3 chairs.

Fly Shops / Guide-Speakers/ Vendors: 65 – 70+

1 – 30” X 8ft table, table cover, 2 chairs

Fly Fishing Clubs: 12+ No Fee

1 – 30” x 8ft table, table cover, 2 chairs

Kids Tying Area: Near east end of FH: Sponsored by St. Joseph River Valley Fly Fishers

Fly Tying Instruction Corner

Designated area for Fly Tying Instruction, northeast corner. Attendance is by $10 ticket per session purchased on site. Sponsored by Nomad Anglers

Fly Casting Instruction: Area along west wall of Field House, 120 X 38 ft.

Six – 50 minute programs will be presented by invited speakers, 3 Saturday, 3 Sunday.

RAFFLES

Guide Trips:

6 – Full day guided trips for 1 or 2 anglers will be provided by each speaker/guide on their designated river. Raffle tickets will be sold @ $10 for the package on site.

2:15 pm Sunday, drawing starts. Winners must be available on site or by cell phone listed on the ticket stub 2:15 – 2:45 pm.

50:50: Ticketed winner receives 50% of money collected.

Tickets: $5.00 each. Drawing Sunday 2:15 PM. Winner does not need to be present but ticket stub must have immediate contact information.
